Chính sách kiểm hàng

Quý khách được kiểm tra hàng trước khi thanh toán;

Nhằm đảm bảo quyền lợi người tiêu dùng, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ sau bán hàng, Đam Mê Câu Cá sẽ hỗ trợ Quý khách thực hiện đổi sản phẩm mới hoặc trả lại sản phẩm, hoàn tiền hàng cho quý khách. (Nhưng không hoàn lại phí vận chuyển hoặc lệ phí giao hàng nếu có).

Kiểm tra và phản hồi khi nhận hàng

Khách hàng cần kiểm tra kỹ sản phẩm trước khi nhận (quý khách nên quay video trong quá trình mở hộp nhận hàng) và phản hồi ngay cho nhân viên giao hàng để được hỗ trợ đổi hàng nếu có vấn đề.

Hỗ trợ trong các trường hợp sau:

  • Địa chỉ không chính xác
  • Khách muốn hẹn lịch giao hàng
  • Những trường hợp bất khả kháng như thiên tai, tai nạn giao thông…

Trường hợp cho kiểm tra hàng:

  • Quý khách có quyền yêu cầu nhân viên giao hàng mở kiểm tra.
  • Nếu sản phẩm giao không đúng loại, quý khách có quyền trả hàng và không thanh toán.
  • Nếu đã thanh toán trước nhưng đơn hàng không đúng, quý khách có thể yêu cầu hoàn tiền hoặc giao lại đơn mới.

Chính sách đổi trả

Đồ câu Diệt Rô Phi - Đam Mê Câu Cá thực hiện đổi hàng, trả hàng và hoàn tiền cho Quý khách trong những trường hợp sau:

  • 📌 Hàng hoá không đúng chủng loại, mẫu mã như Quý khách đặt hàng.
  • 📌 Hàng hoá không đủ số lượng, không đủ bộ như trong đơn hàng.
  • 📌 Hàng hoá bị móp méo, bể vỡ xảy ra trong quá trình vận chuyển giao hàng.
  • 📌 Hàng hoá không đạt chất lượng do lỗi kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất.

Điều kiện đổi/trả hàng:

Hàng hóa đổi/trả phải còn nguyên vẹn, đầy đủ linh phụ kiện, bao bì, hóa đơn chứng từ, theo đúng quy định.

LƯU Ý:

  • ✅ Quý khách vui lòng kiểm tra hàng hóa và ký nhận tình trạng với Nhân viên giao hàng ngay khi nhận hàng.
  • ✅ Khi phát hiện vấn đề, vui lòng phản hồi trong vòng 24h qua số hotline 0344 369 804/strong>.
  • ✅ Việc đổi/trả hàng tuân theo quy định của nhà cung cấp, nhà sản xuất hoặc đơn vị bảo hành được ủy quyền.
  • ✅ Quy trình xử lý đổi/trả hàng được thực hiện trong vòng hai tuần kể từ khi nhận đủ thông tin và chứng từ từ khách hàng.

Trường hợp không chấp nhận đổi/trả:

  • ❌ Quý khách thay đổi chủng loại, mẫu mã nhưng không báo trước.
  • ❌ Hàng hóa bị rách bao bì, trầy xước, móp méo, thiếu linh phụ kiện do lỗi của khách hàng.
  • ❌ Hàng hóa bị hư hỏng do sử dụng sai hướng dẫn.
  • ❌ Không thực hiện đúng quy trình bảo hành theo yêu cầu.
  • ❌ Đã ký nhận hàng nhưng không có phản hồi trong vòng 24h.
  • ❌ Hàng hóa thiếu chứng từ như: Hóa đơn mua hàng, Phiếu bảo hành,…
